Philippians 4:7 wrote:“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

This sounds like an amazing gift. Instead of having that feeling of being torn up inside by anxiety or worry, I can have this amazing peace which transcends all understanding. And the path to this is prayer and thanksgiving. Sounds simple, right?
