Strength Needed

So today I've been quite the impatient husband and father. I've had expectations in my mind of how long things should take and everything seemed to take longer and I kept getting tense and frustrated which my family did not deserve.

I was apologizing to Rachael and I was asking her and myself, how can you go through a day without mentally setting expectations? Or at least how can you stop yourself getting frustrated when they're not met?

I couldn't come up with any sufficient answer.

So it was good news to read this evening that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Funny how God makes his word so relevant in our lives.
Maybe God was thinking, " Hey Andy I want to encourage you today, but first I need you see what happens when you don't do things through me."
